Description
Gardenia jasminoides First Love (Gardenia, Cape Jasmine, Gandharaj) is mid-large shrub, often small tree mostly bushy with ovate, elliptic or lance-shaped leaves, shiny, dark green, 10 centimeters long or longer, typically takes place in 3 whorls. The flowers are 5 to 12-lobed, savory, highly fragrant, white and ivory, up to 8 cm across, individually or in few-floral cymes between summer to autumn. The first love is vertical, with deep green leaves of 7 cm long, and completely double, pure white flowers.
