Parkinsonia aculeata also known as Jerusalem Thorn, Mexican Palo Verde is Tiny, spreading, sometimes weeping, feedy, or often large shrub, with spiny, green sticks and branchlets. Slender, two-pinnate, stalkless, medium-green leaves, with a length of 30 cm, distinctively flat middle ribs and several thin, ovate to oblong leaflets, 2-5 mm long, sometimes rapidly deciduos, rolls out at night. thIn spring, bears racemes from 2 to 15 cups looking of bright yellow flowers with a width of up to 2 cm, with normal petals there are orange coloured spots on it and orange-red stamens.
